About Phoenix HVAC

I had a great experience with this small business to replace my furnace, humidifier, and AC unit! Phoenix came as a referral from a friend. I received several quotes from others and decided on Phoenix as they were competitive enough, but more importantly they spent time and energy explaining how their company came to be, what they thought was best and WHY, and taught me a lot about the appliances before I even signed on with them. As a first time home owner, I didn't know a whole lot about my HVAC and I now feel like I am armed with general knowledge and a backup to call the company as needed. Everything was installed timely, it looks better than before, and most importantly it all works exactly as expected. The guys were even nice enough to help with a few cosmetic things for me while they were here (nest thermometer, duct work, etc). After all work was completed and payment was finalized, I still had some questions and the company followed up with the same promptness as before.

The two partners were courteous, smart, and very respectful. I also had experience with a couple newer guys who did some small follow ups and they also demonstrated the same type of respect. It's clear the owners have pride in their company culture and hire those who are a good fit.

Maintenance time came around for our home and Ian was excellent! Modeling all the professionals at Phoenix HVAC, he was very respectful and knowledgeable. He helped me with a service package all while being very patient as I work from home and we are homeschooling as well. As always Phoenix never disappoints! If you are shopping for a top notch HVAC professional look no further then Phoenix.

The technicians and office staff really care about their work and customer satisfaction. They explore all options if a problem arises. They leave everything very clean. I highly recommend them .

I recently had a dual heating and AC system installed in our house and I was very pleased with all aspects of the installation. Anthony and Bob were wonderful to work with and made me feel completely comfortable with choosing the system. Before Phoenix I had some bad experiences with other companies so I researched and read reviews of many companies and no one came close to Phoenix. The bonus was that they were even better than I had expected. No complaints from me only praise.

These guys are great! We have an yearly maintenance contract with them for our AC and hot water boiler. They are professional and do great work! They are also very responsive as issues arise. Our older hot water radiator system went down on a Saturday night. I called Maggie and and Bob (one of the owners) was out Sunday morning and repaired our unit. They also installed a new hot water heater recently. Highly recommended!

Maggie set up an appt. right away! Phoenix, LLC. took care of the replacement of 2 radiators quickly and efficiently. Professional and friendly service. Great pricing. Phoenix is my new HVAC and Plumbing guys. Thanks guys.

Bob from Phoenix HVAC is professional, expert in identifying the problem that our HVAC system had. He explained to me step by step as he approached finding out what the problem was (leaking freon), and how to best fix it. The company is up front about billing charges, and communication with scheduling, answering questions has been excellent. Definitely seem to be a very honest and good company. I ended up buying their 3 year routine maintenance package.

After having a few disappointing experiences with other HVAC providers, I reached out to Phoenix after our A/C died on a hot hot evening. Having two little ones, we needed service fast. I called at 7am and Maggie was super responsive and got us an appointment between 11-12 that day.
Bob texted us, showed up on time and checked out the entire system. He was able to diagnose the problem, explained it in plain language so I could understand it and what he proposed to do to fix it and how much it would cost. And then he fixed it and now it works!

I found Bob to be very personal, straightforward and competent.
In addition, the next morning I had a follow up question and called the office. Their office staff was fantastic getting me a quick response to my
question.

Bottomline, I'd highly recommend Phoenix.

Phoenix was incredibly responsive. Ian was so nice, worked super quickly, and was generally just really helpful with everything I had going on with my A/C and thermostat (which was a lot). Highly recommend!!

I had the most positive experience working with Bob and Anthony on a full Furnace/AC installation. Both systems were approaching 15 yrs old needing repairs that would not have made sense to continue putting money into. Bob came onsite for a free consultation and very clearly communicated detail on my options, even making recommendations for further cost-saving improvements. They fit me in right away and worked diligently with the installation. I couldn't be happier with the end result...should have called these guys months ago!

When our furnace unexpectedly quit on us in December, we called Phoenix who were out the same day to evaluate and able to come out within 2 days to replace it. The price was very reasonable. I was given all the information I needed to make an informed decision and I never felt that I was being pressured into the most expensive options or unnecessary work. The whole crew was courteous and put in a very long days work on a Saturday to get us out of the cold. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.

Phoenix responded incredibly quickly the next morning and came by to do an assessment. Bob and his coworker were really friendly and walked us through how to fix the air conditioning issue. They answered all of our questions, and were not condescending or dismissive about any. We also appreciated that they weren't trying to sell us anything that wasn't standard, they were really transparent and helpful. We are going to use them for regular maintenance because they gave a great first impression!

Bob McCarthy came out late worked in the cold and not only fixed frozen pipe but also fixed my boiler in the same evening. Takes pride in his work and will come back if any problems arise. Excellent experience, first class guy

We are extremely pleased with the job done by Phoenix HVAC. They put in a new SpacePak system in such a timely manner. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, as well. They also took the time to explain the entire system to us and stayed after work was done to help us with all of our cooling/heating settings. Highly recommend!

Anthony has become my "go to" for all my HVAC needs as he is prompt and fair. Explains what needs to be done and offers a solution.... (Office staff is great as well ; ) with any type of paperwork needed and follow up when necessary. (Recently I contacted Anthony in regards to more than just HVAC and will be utilizing the company for a Kitchen remodel) Thanks to everyone at Phoenix!

Tony has been maintaining my HVAC systems for years, I was happy to hear from him that he started his own HVAC company. I have a boiler and forced air system, also space pac. A lot going on in this old house. Tony and his partner Bob were here today to service my space pac and forced air units. I'm impressed by both their knowledge and integrity. I signed up for the 5 year service plan. I would give them 5 plus stars.

Maggie, office manager, was excellent about keeping me informed of my appointment. Had to be rescheduled due to extreme heat situations with other clients, (mine was just an annual maint call). Bob came out late the night of the reschedule to ensure he got to me. He was super friendly and informative. No pushy sales pitch, reasonable prices and excellent customer service! I've already recommended them to my neighbors

During the arctic freeze in Chicago this year my furnace decided to take a break. But Bob came to the rescue and make an emergency weekend appointment at the last minute. Less than an hour and things were already beginning to thaw out. Will definitely use Phoenix HVAC again!!!

Bob was great, very friendly and informative. He took the extra time to explain the issue and the solution. He even went as far to seal a gap in our house to prevent water intrusion and bug/animals getting in. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future if another problem occurs

Bob came to look at our air conditioner after work because it was what was convenient for my family. From the moment he got out of the car he was very professional and friendly. He told us exactly what we needed to fix with our air conditioner without making us get anything unnecessary. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Bob came over today to assess the need for and feasibility of installing new thermostats. He donned booties before entering which is always a good sign. He stayed about a half hour carefully examining our system and clearly explaining our options and the costs associated with those options. There was no charge. Bob is very professional and, if we decide to go ahead, will definitely use Phoenix.

Had an amazing experience with Bob(owner). Bob was on time as well as wore booties while in my house and cleaned up after himself. Also, he was very informative and explained to me everything about the services that were being performed as well as the systems in my house. He was honest and upfront. Anthony, Tommy and Bob came in at 9a and worked worked the entire day to get the job done. Not only were they courteous and friendly, they also laid down drop cloths and cleaned up when the job was done. The only evidence I have that they were there is that I have a new system to keep me cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
