This place is outstanding in what they do my buddy John Pallister works here and they do a amazing job. One of the best hvac places in Illinois. Would definitely recommend if need replacing any furnaces or other things they replace.

We moved into our current residence knowing full well that the HVAC systems needed a lot of attention. After a few mishaps with other companies - one of which I actually had to throw out of my house. We were extremely fortunate to come across Phoenix HVAC. They were a growing firm at the time and we have seemed to grow with them. In the course of our relationship we have replaced 3 heating and air conditioning systems and most recently a hot water heater. After a most pleasant engagement with Amy she had Matt and John come over and professionally install a new water heater. The old one was still working but being 20 years old their recommendation during past visits was to replace it before we had trouble. Of all our adventures with the new house only our encounters with Phoenix have been pleasant and worry free. Most highly recommended!!!!!

We needed to replace the boiler which services the addition on our house. Phoenix made thoughtful recommendations, which we appreciated. We ended up having them replace the boiler in our garage as well and they gave us a bundled discount :) Overall, their price came in just under the competitive quote.
